A follow-on, 24-hour Maternity Nurse role supporting the ongoing care, routine and development of a five-week-old baby within a welcoming family in St John's Wood.

Job Summary
This role is suited to an experienced Maternity Nurse who enjoys supporting babies beyond the immediate newborn stage. The successful candidate will build on the excellent foundations already established, providing continuity of care whilst guiding the family through the next stage of their baby's development.
A returning Eden family are seeking a Follow-on Maternity Nurse to take over from their current Eden Maternity Nurse when their baby is approximately five weeks old. As this is their third child, Mum is confident and hands-on but values the reassurance and continuity that an experienced maternity professional can provide.
The focus of the role will be maintaining established routines, supporting the baby's ongoing feeding and sleep progression, monitoring developmental milestones and preparing the family for the next stage after the booking concludes. The family are looking for someone who is warm, knowledgeable and naturally becomes part of family life whilst remaining professional and discreet.
Although this is their third baby, the parents value evidence-based advice and enjoy learning about new products and approaches that may benefit their growing family. The older children are independent, allowing the successful candidate to focus primarily on the baby.

• Providing 24-hour care for a five-week-old baby
