Job Reference: BA3003 – Russian-Speaking Nanny | Bayswater, London

Nanny & Governess is seeking a Russian-speaking nanny for a prominent family based in Bayswater. The role involves caring for their bright and engaging 5-year-old bilingual daughter.

The family maintains homes in London, the surrounding London suburbs, and Italy, and travels internationally throughout the year. The successful candidate should therefore be comfortable travelling with the family and able to do so frequently and sometimes at short notice.

Schedule:
When the family is in London, the role will typically be five days per week, starting in the early afternoon and continuing until the evening. Most weekends will be free, although occasional weekend availability will be appreciated. During family travel, the nanny will be expected to work on a full-time schedule (10-12hs a day) and provide flexible support.

Accommodation:
The family’s preference is for a live-out nanny; however, a private room is available should the nanny need to stay overnight occasionally. Accommodation when travelling will be provided.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will be warm, organized, energetic, and experienced in caring for young children in private households. A nurturing approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to support a bilingual environment are essential. The nanny should also be happy to prepare healthy, nutritious meals for the child.
