Full-Time Nanny – St Albans
Location: St Albans
Start Date: 1st February 2027
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: £15.00–£18.00 gross per hour, depending on experience

A warm and welcoming family based in St Albans are seeking a caring, nurturing, and experienced nanny to care for their 8-month-old baby on a full-time basis.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a proactive nanny who enjoys supporting babies through their developmental milestones and creating a fun, stimulating, and loving environment.

Duties will include:
Providing attentive and loving care throughout the day.
Planning age-appropriate activities to encourage learning and development.
Taking the baby to local playgroups, parks, and other suitable outings.
Supporting feeding, naps, and maintaining an established daily routine.
Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the baby when age-appropriate.
Keeping the nursery, play areas, and the baby's belongings clean, tidy, and organised.
Washing, ironing, and putting away the baby's laundry.
Sterilising bottles and weaning equipment as required.
Monitoring developmental progress and providing regular updates to the parents.

The Ideal Candidate:
Has previous experience caring for babies of a similar age.
Is warm, patient, and genuinely passionate about childcare.
Is reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
Has some qualifications in childcare
Holds an enhanced DBS check (or is willing to obtain one).
Has an up-to-date Paediatric First Aid certificate.
Can provide excellent, checkable childcare references.
Has the right to work in the UK.
