A wonderful family based in Barnes looking for a full time nanny from the end of October as their nanny is going on maternity leave. There is a very strong possibility this will become a permanent role. This role will be looking after B4 and boy 7month old who will be turning 1 when the role starts.



The days and hours for this role are Monday to Friday 7:45am - 6:30pm. With additional babysitting paid at overtime rate.



A typical day begins with the morning routine helping get the children ready for the day and walking B4 to school, just two minutes down the road. The rest of the morning revolves around the baby's routine, supporting naps, meals, activities and outings, whilst making the most of nap times to get on top of meal prep, children's laundry, tidying up after activities, and any child-related admin. B4 is picked up at 3:15pm, after which the afternoon moves into activities at home or nearby, dinner, bath time, and ready for bed. During the school holidays the nanny will have both boys, with trips to the park, local playdates and outings to keep things fun and active.



The eldest is four, full of personality and questions about the world. He loves dinosaurs, Spider-Man, imaginative play, and a good story. The baby will be turning one, and watching his brother or the cat with wide, curious eyes is his best entertainment. Both boys thrive on routine, so a calm and consistent presence will be key.



The ideal nanny is kind and genuinely child-focused, with a proactive and organised approach that helps the household run smoothly. They will slot naturally into the family's rhythm, bring fun ideas and adventures to the children's days, and provide warm, attentive support across all the important milestones from educational development to potty training.
