We are looking for an experienced live-in nanny to join our family in Sofia, Bulgaria, to care for our 8-month-old daughter, starting November.

We are a reliable, respectful and calm family who values kindness, professionalism and mutual respect. We are looking for a nanny who is passionate about early childhood development and will support our daughter’s growth through age-appropriate play, learning and meaningful interaction. The role is focused entirely on her care, wellbeing and development while creating a warm, nurturing English-speaking environment.

We offer:

* Frequent international travel with our family (approximately once a month)
* A fully staffed household, including a housekeeper who manages the home and prepares meals for the family

Ideal Candidate / Requirements
* Fluent or near-native English speaker
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience caring for infants and young children (0–3 years)
* Recognised childcare qualification or education, such as Early Years, Montessori or equivalent, preferred
* Excellent recent and contactable references from private families
* Calm, warm, gentle, patient and observant, with a thoughtful approach to routines and boundaries
* Genuine passion for early childhood development, with a strong understanding of developmental milestones
* Creative and confident in planning age-appropriate, play-based learning and developmental activities
* Knowledge of Montessori, Reggio Emilia, EYFS, Gentle Parenting or similar child-led approaches would be highly advantageous
* Experience supporting healthy sleep routines and age-appropriate nutrition
* Current paediatric First Aid and CPR certification preferred
* Confident swimmer
* Valid passport, clean police/DBS check and ability to relocate to Bulgaria
