Job Title: Permanent Long Term Residential Nanny
Location: Abu Dhabi
Start Date: End of October
Salary: Excellent salary plus a self contained apartment
Hours: 12 hours per day, 6 days per week

Job Overview:
A family based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly experienced Nanny to care for their 3-month-old baby. The nanny must have extensive baby experience, a strong understanding of infant development and a proven history of longevity in previous roles with checkable references.
The family is looking for someone who will take a developmental approach to the role, supporting the baby through each stage and milestone with appropriate stimulation, early learning and age-appropriate activities. A self-contained flat is provided.

Responsibilities:
Providing attentive, age-appropriate care for the 3-month-old baby.
Supporting the baby’s daily routines and development.
Planning suitable developmental and stimulating activities.
Supporting early learning and development as the baby grows.
Guiding the baby through age-appropriate developmental milestones.
Providing consistent care and adapting routines and activities as the baby develops.

Ideal Nanny:
Extensive professional experience caring for babies of a similar age.
Strong knowledge of infant development and developmental milestones.
Proven longevity in previous nanny roles.
Excellent, checkable references from previous employers.
Childcare qualifications are preferred.
Confident in supporting development, early learning and age-appropriate stimulation.
