Housekeeper/Nanny for Four Children – Milan, Guastalla Area Live-in

Description: On behalf of our client, a family based in the Guastalla area of Milan, we are seeking a live-in housekeeper to support the household, which includes four children: two girls aged 5 and 3 (both attending school), and 18-month-old twins (one boy, one girl).
The role is focused primarily on housekeeping duties. In a 250 sqm family home. The family has already an Italian nanny covering Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 7:30pm. On weekends, the housekeeper will alternate with the parents in supporting the children.

Requirements:
Solid housekeeping experience in private homes.
Comfortable providing occasional childcare support alongside the parents, particularly on weekends.
Reliable, well-organised, and used to managing a busy household
Italian and/or English fluency preferred.

Accommodation: Live-in position. The candidate will have her own private bedroom, with a bathroom shared with the children.

Working Schedule: Weekend work included, with 2 days off during the week — exact schedule to be confirmed with the family.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualification
