Housekeeping Duties: This role focuses on providing daily household support, personal assistance, and warm companionship to ensure the client’s home runs smoothly and their well-being is fully supported. Core responsibilities include light housekeeping—such as wiping down surfaces, handling dishes, sorting laundry, and keeping primary living spaces tidy—while deep cleaning is fully covered by an existing professional cleaner. Beyond domestic chores, you will assist with grocery runs, accompany the client on shopping trips and social outings, water garden and indoor plants, and prepare fresh, casual meals tailored to their dietary preferences. Crucially, a major aspect of the role involves rich companionship: offering engaging conversation, assisting with favourite hobbies, going on light walks, accompanying the client to local appointments, and providing a reassuring, attentive presence to promote a comfortable, independent, and fulfilling daily life at home.
