A warm family in Riyadh is seeking an exceptionally experienced baby nanny to care for their four-week-old son. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years’ professional experience with infants through toddler age, strong knowledge of early childhood development, and extensive newborn experience.
The parents are first-time parents and have clear preferences regarding their son's care. They welcome knowledgeable guidance and support but want someone gentle, collaborative and respectful, rather than directive. The nanny should work closely with the parents, supporting their involvement while offering thoughtful professional advice.
The family prefers a natural, simple approach to play and development, focusing on quality, age-appropriate experiences rather than excessive toys or stimulation. The nanny will manage feeding, sleep and daily routines, respond sensitively to the baby's needs, and introduce appropriate activities as he develops.
You will work alongside a night nanny, so excellent communication, consistency and teamwork are essential. The family lives in a formal private household and requires someone polished, discreet and professional while remaining genuinely warm and nurturing.
The family travels periodically, and the nanny may accompany them, ensuring continuity of care. Flexibility and excellent organisation are therefore important.

Requirements
* 10+ years' professional infant/toddler experience
* Extensive newborn and baby-care experience
* Strong understanding of infant development
* Enhanced DBS, current and clear
* Paediatric First Aid completed within the last year
* Calm, gentle, nurturing and highly observant
* Collaborative and respectful with parents
* Comfortable supporting first-time parents
* Natural approach to play and development
* Organised, hygienic and attentive to detail
* Experienced working alongside a night nanny
* Discreet and professional in a formal household

Package
* £5,000–£6,000 net/month, depending on experience
* 6-month initial contract with potential to continue long-term
* Private live-in accommodation on the grounds
