A warm and welcoming UHNW family in Switzerland is seeking an experienced, energetic and professional rota nanny to care for their active and engaging 3-year-old son. The successful candidate will work alongside the family's long-term English-speaking rota nanny on a rota schedule.

The family is looking for a nanny who can provide structure, positive boundaries and engaging developmental support, while maintaining a warm, nurturing and affectionate approach.

Please note: Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Switzerland. Preference will be given to applicants currently based in Switzerland. Candidates requiring relocation from outside Switzerland are unlikely to be considered.

Duties
Sole-charge care of a 3-year-old boy
Establishing and maintaining routines and structure
Planning educational and age-appropriate activities
Supporting language and social development
Encouraging independence, confidence and good manners
Organising outings, sports and outdoor activities
Working collaboratively with the existing rota nanny
Maintaining a stimulating and organised environment
Communicating effectively with parents
Essential Requirements
Native or fluent Russian speaker (French speakers may also be considered)
Good understanding of English
Significant professional nanny experience with preschool-aged children
Previous live-in or rota nanny experience
Strong knowledge of child development
Energetic, proactive and highly organised
Confident establishing routines and boundaries
Currently based in Switzerland preferred
Swiss passport holder, or EU passport holder with valid Swiss work authorisation
Available to start ASAP
Verifiable childcare experience and excellent references
Valid Paediatric First Aid certificate
Up-to-date criminal background check
Non-smoker
Highly Desirable
Montessori qualification, training or experience
Early Years Education background
Previous rota nanny experience
Native-level French
Swiss nationality or existing Swiss work permit
Driver

Salary from CHF 5,500+ per month, depending on experience
