Sole Charge Live-Out Nanny – Kensington

We are looking for a warm, energetic and highly dependable nanny to support a lovely family in Kensington. This role suits someone confident, engaging and calm who genuinely loves children and is interested in their development; a nanny who brings structure, stimulation and genuine passion to the children’s day, and who is firm yet kind in guiding two young personalities.

Start Date: ASAP*
Children: 3-year-old (in nursery mornings) and 1-year-old
Hours: Mon–Thurs, 7:30am–7:00pm; Friday, 7:30am–9:00am
Salary: £17-£18 net per hour, £60,000–£65,000 per annum
Set-up: Sole charge
Additional: Occasional weekday babysitting
Travel: Willing to spend 3 nights per week at the family’s Hampshire home for 4–6 weeks over the summer (approx. 1 hour from West London, 25 minutes from Reading)

All nanny duties for both children
Confident to carry out administrative / PA tasks when both children are in nursery during the mornings (from Spring 2027)
Plan stimulating, age-appropriate activities
Prepare healthy meals and manage daily routines
Maintain a tidy, organised environment
