Position: Head Housekeeper/ House Manager
Salary: 15,000-20,000 AED/month / £3-£4,000 per month
Hours: 10-12 hours/day, 6 days per week
Accommodation: Provided, plus duty meals
Travel: Role involves international travel; a strong passport or active US, UK & Schengen visas is required

About the Role:
An esteemed UHNWI family based in Dubai is seeking a dedicated, experienced Head Housekeeper/House Manager to oversee household operations and support the principal's family. The role covers managing domestic staff, coordinating household activities, and assisting with travel and personal arrangements to maintain a smooth, luxurious household environment. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for household coordination - detail-oriented, discreet, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities, from children's meal planning to overseeing service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the household's daily operations, ensuring routines run seamlessly
- Supervise housemaids, nannies and household staff, providing guidance and training to maintain high standards
- Act as main liaison between household staff, vendors and external service providers
- Coordinate children's meals, schedules and activities
- Manage travel logistics -- restaurant/hotel bookings, packing/unpacking, and coordinating with chef, pilot, captain and other providers during family travel
- Liaise with the chef on meal planning, dietary requirements and service standards
- Oversee property maintenance, repairs and vendor coordination
- Support private events and family gatherings
- Manage household inventories, appointments and schedules
- Maintain strict discretion regarding family matters
- Support safety protocols and emergency procedures

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven household management experience, ideally with UHNW or high-profile families
- Strong leadership and organisational skills; experience supervising domestic staff including nannies and housemaids
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills
- Discreet, proactive, and able to work independently
- Flexible and comfortable travelling with the family
- Proficient in MS Office and household management tools
- Valid UAE driving licence an advantage
- Experience with children and family logistics essential; prior travel-support experience preferred
