Job Title: Full time nanny

Job Details:
* Days & Hours Required: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:30 | 50 Hours?There will be a settling in period of a week, where the nanny will work 4 hours/day

* Salary: £52, 000 - £57, 200 Gross per annum (£20 - £22 gph)

Overview:
A family in Finchley Road is looking for an experienced nanny to care for twins, who were born prematurely and will be around 2–3 months adjusted age when the role begins. As a solo twin mum, she is looking for someone who can be a real partner in childcare, working collaboratively when she is around but also confidently taking sole charge.

The first few weeks will be a gradual transition, working around 4 hours per day before increasing to approximately 10 hours per day. Mum will return to work in November. They are looking for someone calm, upbeat, and proactive, with strong baby experience. Twin experience is important, and experience with premature babies would be a real bonus.

Duties:
The nanny will be responsible for all aspects of the twins' care, including feeds, bottles, naps, laundry, and keeping the nursery organised. As they grow, the nanny will plan developmental activities, sensory play, local classes, and outings, taking a responsive and flexible approach to their individual routines and needs.

The role will also include supporting the twins through weaning when the time comes, preparing fresh, healthy food and introducing a varied diet. Mum is looking for someone who communicates openly, uses their initiative, and is comfortable working closely with her while being equally capable of managing both babies independently.

Skills and other requirements:
* Twin Experience is preferable 
* Minimum 10 years childcare experience
* Happy to work alongside parent as well as sole-charge
