A lovely family based in Dubai is seeking an experienced, educated and professional nanny for their 11-month-old baby boy.

The family spends the summers in Morocco and travels internationally, so the nanny must be happy to travel with the family. When travelling, the nanny will be required to share a room with the child.

Location: Dubai, UAE
Start Date: September 2026
Schedule: 5–6 days per week, 12 hours per day
Salary: AED 20,000–25,000 per month, depending on experience
Position: Full-time, live-in

The baby is very active, and the family would like a Montessori-inspired approach. The nanny should be energetic, engaging and able to provide age-appropriate activities, play and learning while supporting the child's development.

The child is awake from approximately 8:30am–7:00pm. The nanny will have a break during his two-hour nap.

Duties include:

Full care of the baby and management of his daily routine

Planning and organising age-appropriate activities

Swimming and outdoor activities

Teaching manners, values and good social habits

Baby laundry and wardrobe management

Organizing toys and nursery

Travelling internationally with the family when required

Requirements:

Fluent English

Qualified and well educated

Independent, mature, warm and professional

Knowledge of baby development, routines, sleep and nutrition

Montessori knowledge or experience highly desirable

Energetic, engaging and genuinely passionate about childcare

Organized and able to manage the child's belongings and nursery

Trustworthy, discreet and respectful of family privacy

Passport allowing international travel, including Schengen travel

Must be seeking a long-term position

The family has a chef, housekeeper and driver, so the nanny's primary focus will be the care, development and education of the child.
