A warm and welcoming family based in Crouch Hill are looking for a kind, dependable and experienced Part-Time Nanny to care for their two daughters, aged four years and 14 months at the start of the position. This is a lovely long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys becoming a trusted part of family life and is confident caring for both toddler and preschool-aged children.

The family require support two full days per week and can be flexible on which days between Monday and Thursday are worked. Working hours will be approximately 8:00/8:30am–5:30/6:00pm. The nanny will take responsibility for the children throughout the day, including managing their routines, preparing nutritious meals and snacks, and creating a happy and engaging environment for the youngest child while her older sister is at school.

The afternoons will include school collection and taking the children to their activities, alongside supporting the family with child-related organisation. The parents are looking for someone naturally caring and hands-on who will build a genuine bond with the girls and is interested in remaining with the family for the long term.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Providing attentive and nurturing care for both children
• Following the youngest child’s daily routine and supporting her ongoing development
• Planning age-appropriate play, activities and outings
• Completing school pick-ups and taking the children to afternoon activities
• Preparing fresh, healthy meals and snacks for the children
• Keeping children’s bedrooms, play areas and belongings organised
• Tidying up after the children throughout the day
• Taking responsibility for the children’s laundry
• Supporting age-appropriate routines, independence and development
• Communicating openly with the parents regarding the children’s days and routines

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Previous professional nanny experience with children of similar ages
• Confident caring for a toddler and four-year-old
• Warm, kind and genuinely caring approach
• Comfortable preparing healthy family-style meals and snacks for children
• Proactive and able to plan engaging activities independently
• Reliable, organised and communicative
• Looking for a stable, long-term position
• Available for two full days between Monday and Thursday
• Happy to work on a self-employed basis
• Right to work in the UK
• Up-to-date Enhanced DBS and Paediatric First Aid
• Excellent checkable references
