Native French-Speaking Live-Out Nanny — London & Travel
A private family, based full-time in Central London, is seeking an experienced, native French-speaking Nanny to join their household on a long-term basis. This is a LIVE-OUT position.
The role is primarily based in London, with flexibility required to travel with the family during school holidays and for a few months over the winter period (based in Switzerland). Candidates should be comfortable with a schedule that adapts around family and travel plans.
The successful candidate will join a well-established household, working alongside a second full-time Nanny, with shared responsibility for the care of the younger children. The role requires consistency, structure, and a calm, nurturing approach to childcare.
The two Nannies will work collaboratively, covering weekends between them, with each working a 5-day week and two consecutive weekdays off.
Schedule & Location
Full-time, live-out, 5 days per week
Weekdays (3 days): split shift, 7:00AM–9:00AM and 3:45PM–8.45PM
Weekends (2 days): 9:00AM–8:45PM
Two consecutive weekdays off each week
Based in Central London, with travel to Switzerland during school holidays and for a few months during the winter season
Flexibility around scheduling and travel is essential

Requirements
Native French speaker only
Driver in Europe
Proven experience as a private nanny
Flexible and adaptable approach to scheduling
Willing to work weekends as part of the standard schedule
Willing and able to travel internationally with the family, including extended stays during the winter months
Professional, discreet, and well-presented
Driver, comfortable driving in the winter months in the mountains. Full driving licence (primarily for use in Europe)
This is a childcare-only role.
Accommodation
This is a live-out role based in London. Accommodation will be provided during travel periods with the family, including the winter months in Switzerland.
