I am looking for an experienced Nanny-Educator / Early Years Educator for my 25-month-old daughter, Kimaya, for a temporary position in Marylebone, London.
Dates: 16 September – 10 October
Hours: 7:00am – 7:00pm (open to discussing timings)
Location: Marylebone, London
I am specifically looking for someone with a strong educational and developmental background who can take responsibility for keeping Kimaya engaged, stimulated and happy throughout the day.
The candidate should:
• Have excellent professional experience with toddlers around 2 years old.
• Ideally have formal Early Years, Montessori, or equivalent childcare/education training.
• Be fluent/native-level in English and communicate extremely well with a toddler.
• Plan structured, age-appropriate activities in advance rather than simply supervising her.
• Focus on language development, vocabulary, reading, singing, music, imaginative play, sensory play, fine and gross motor development and creative activities.
• Be confident managing toddler emotions, tantrums, transitions and boundaries in a calm and positive manner.
• Be ENERGETIC and full of life and HAPPY, warm, engaging and genuinely enjoy playing and interacting with a young child.
• Independently take Kimaya to classes, activities, parks, playgroups and outings around Marylebone and Central London.
• Be proactive in thinking of new activities and experiences rather than waiting to be instructed throughout the day.
