A private family is seeking a warm, confident and emotionally attuned professional to support their two youngest children, with a focus on emotional development, behaviour, learning, routines and overall wellbeing.

The family is open to candidates from a variety of relevant professional backgrounds, including Governesses, Teachers, Child Therapists, Psychologists, Child Development Specialists, Behavioural Specialists and Educators.

The right personality and ability to connect with children are just as important as professional background. The ideal candidate will be patient, engaging and emotionally intelligent, with a natural ability to understand children, manage challenging moments calmly, and maintain warm but clear boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

* Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour
* Confidently manage tantrums and challenging moments using positive approaches
* Help the children recognise, understand and express their emotions
* Establish healthy boundaries, routines and consistency
* Support learning and development through engaging, age-appropriate activities
* Encourage confidence, independence and positive social skills
* Build a warm and trusting relationship with the children
* Accompany and support the children during family travel

Salary: SAR 18,000 per month
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
Nationality: All nationalities are welcome to apply
Language: Fluent English is essential; native English is not required
Travel: International travel with the family is required

The Family Provides: Live-out accommodation, visa, medical insurance, food and travel-related expenses when accompanying the family.

Candidates with backgrounds in teaching, governessing, therapy, psychology, child development or behavioural support are encouraged to apply.
