A private family in Dubai is seeking an experienced and engaging Private Teacher / Governess to support their two children under the age of five.

The household is fully staffed, allowing the successful candidate to focus primarily on the children’s education, development, routines and overall holistic growth.

The family is open to candidates with a teaching background or another relevant professional background that brings strong value to the children’s educational, developmental and emotional growth.

The ideal candidate will be warm, organised, proactive and engaging, with a natural ability to connect with young children while creating structure and encouraging curiosity, confidence and independence.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare the children for school and support their daily school routine
* Support early learning and school-readiness
* Plan engaging, age-appropriate educational and developmental activities
* Reinforce learning through play and everyday experiences
* Encourage language, communication, confidence and independence
* Support the children’s social and emotional development
* Help establish positive routines, manners and age-appropriate responsibilities
* Liaise with parents and, where appropriate, the children’s school regarding their progress
* Create an enriching environment that supports the children’s holistic development

Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
Salary: AED 20,000–30,000 per month, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications
Position: Live-out
Accommodation: Private live-out accommodation provided by the family
Language: Excellent spoken English required

The household is fully staffed; this is a child-focused educational and developmental position.
