Superstar Nannies is delighted to be working with a lovely international family relocating to Monaco, who are seeking an experienced, warm and proactive Part-Time Nanny to care for their baby boy, who will be 11 months old at the start of the position.

This is a wonderful long-term opportunity for a nanny who genuinely enjoys working with babies and young children and can bring not only excellent childcare experience, but also strong knowledge of Monaco and the surrounding area.
The Role
The family would love to find a nanny who can become a trusted and consistent presence in their son’s life while helping them establish a happy, stimulating and well-organised routine following their relocation.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of early childhood development, developmental milestones, age-appropriate play and baby routines.

The family particularly values a nanny who is proactive and confident taking their son out and about, introducing him to everything Monaco has to offer young families rather than focusing solely on home-based care.

Responsibilities will include:
Providing attentive and nurturing care for the baby
Planning age-appropriate educational and developmental activities
Supporting physical, cognitive, social and emotional development
Taking him to baby and toddler classes, playgroups, parks and playgrounds
Organising swimming, music, sensory and other developmental activities
Researching and suggesting new child-friendly activities and outings
Supporting established meal and nap routines
Preparing simple, healthy meals and snacks when required
Accompanying him to appointments and activities when appropriate
Keeping his play and eating areas organised and tidy
Providing parents with regular updates on his day, activities and development
Local Monaco Knowledge

As the family is relocating internationally, excellent local knowledge of Monaco and the surrounding area would be highly desirable.
The nanny should ideally be familiar with local paediatric healthcare and medical services, baby and toddler classes, playgroups, parks, playgrounds, family-friendly cafés, swimming and music classes, and other resources available to families with young children.
The family would particularly appreciate someone who can confidently make recommendations and help them settle into family life in Monaco.

The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a nanny who is:
Highly experienced with babies around 1 year old
Warm, nurturing and genuinely passionate about childcare
Knowledgeable about early-years development and developmental milestones
Proactive, energetic and organised
Confident independently taking a baby to activities and outings
Reliable, responsible and professional
Comfortable working within an international family
Fluent and confident in English
Familiar with Monaco and its family and childcare infrastructure
French and/or Russian speaking would be a strong advantage
