Part-time live-out nanny (English-speaking) - Holland Park, London W14.

To look after one child (a 1-year-old girl)
Start date: November 2026
Location: Holland Park, London W14

Working days and hours: 20 hours per week over two days, with flexibility required. Ideally Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday.
For example: one week we might ask for the 2 days to be the same 8am-6pm. Another week we might have an evening commitment so would ask for one shorter day and then a longer day to include babysitting.
Hourly rate: £25 gross

Language requirements: Excellent English speaking.
Experience with the same age is mandatory.
Duties would include:

- Planning age appropriate play activities.

- Taking her to her classes.

- Taking her to the park/playground.

- Giving her lunch.

- Putting her down for her lunchtime nap and waking her up.

- Occasional dinner and bath time.

- Occasional babysitting.

Consistency and a warm relationship are very important to the family. Ideally, this would be a long-term arrangement.
The family is looking for someone energetic, who can stimulate the little girl, take her to classes, park, etc. Engaging and experienced.
The family has a housekeeper coming weekly.

Cooking: The candidate would need to have basic cooking skills. They would need to be able to reheat meals, cook basic toddler friendly dishes like pasta and eggs etc. and help with simple food prep.



Housekeeping: The candidate would not be required to do housekeeping tasks not related to our daughter. There are housekeeping staff who take care of cleaning and laundry so other than cleaning up toys, babies lunchtime etc. this is not a part of the job. A cleaning request we would have is if the nanny could take responsibility for doing a weekly clean of the prams.



Travel: We understand that given the part time nature of the job, the candidate may have other commitments on days they are not working for us. However, there is a possibility to travel when we go on holiday as we would appreciate having childcare and it being someone our daughter is already familiar with. We are going on a ski holiday 16th-23rd January. If the candidate is able to come with us that would be wonderful but is not a requirement in order to apply for the job.

The little girl is not allowed to watch TV or play on electronic devices.
