Job Title: Specialist Companion / Mentor

Start Date: ASAP
Hours and Days of Work: Six days per week, up to 12 hours per day. Weekdays typically start around 8:00 AM with breaks during the day, finishing around 9:00 PM. Longer hours may be required over weekends and holiday periods.
Essential Experience: Previous experience supporting neurodivergent young people or individuals with additional learning needs. Confident in encouraging independence, life skills, and social development whilst maintaining clear and appropriate professional boundaries. Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust while remaining consistent and structured. Valid passport and happy to travel with family. *This role is open to female applicants only.
Desirable: Experience in academic coaching, tutoring, mentoring, or study skills support is highly advantageous. Previous experience within a private, fully staffed household or supporting high-profile clients would be beneficial.

You will encourage independence, build confidence and support Zara to develop practical skills for adult life. The role is based within a fully staffed private household in Riyadh, with six days per week and longer hours possible at weekends and during holidays.
