Live-out or Live-in Housekeeper / Nanny

We are a family with two young children looking for a warm, reliable and experienced live-in housekeeper/nanny to help keep our home running smoothly.

The role is primarily housekeeping, including cleaning, tidying, organising, managing family laundry and bedding, occasionally preparing simple family meals if possible. It also includes looking after our baby for a few hours each weekday and babysitting one evening a week. Mum is the primary carer and will generally be at home. Occasional travel with the family may be required, with expenses covered and arrangements agreed in advance.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, notices what needs doing and is comfortable managing their responsibilities independently. Previous housekeeping and baby-care experience, good references are essential.

The position is approximately 40 hours per week, mainly Monday–Friday, including one babysitting evening.

Salary around £30,000 gross per year, depending on experience, with live-in accommodation available.
