1005 | Temporary Proxy Parent – Hampshire

Location: Hampshire
Dates: 26–29 January 2027 (TBC)
Schedule: 24-hour care, including three overnight stays
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

We are seeking an experienced, reliable and caring Proxy Parent to provide short-term care for school-aged children while their parents are away.
The successful candidate will be confident managing the children's daily routines independently, ensuring a safe, nurturing and well-organised environment throughout the placement.
Key Responsibilities:
School drop-offs and collections
Preparing meals and breakfast
Managing evening and bedtime routines
Providing overnight care and supervision
Ensuring the children's general wellbeing and maintaining their usual routines

Ideal Candidate:
A professional, warm and responsible childcare practitioner with previous sole-charge or proxy parenting experience, excellent organisational skills and a calm, proactive approach.
