We are working with a family who have recently relocated from Canada to Cologny, Geneva, to help them hire a Nanny. The family are settling into their new home and are looking for a dynamic, engaging professional to support with the care and education of their three young boys, aged 3, 5 and 8.
The boys are wonderfully active and energetic, so the family are seeking someone with the energy and enthusiasm to keep up with them - a warm, nurturing, ‘Mary Poppins’ figure who brings structure, fun and learning to every day. All three children attend school/pre-school, and supporting their homework and educational development will be a key part of the role.
This is a part-time position of 2 - 3 days per week, with availability required at weekends. Accommodation is provided in a small apartment or studio located close to the family home.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide attentive, hands-on care for three boys aged 3, 5 and 8
• Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities that channel the children’s energy positively
• Support homework and reinforce learning in line with each child’s school curriculum
• Encourage the children’s educational, social and emotional development
• Manage school drop-offs, collections and extracurricular activities as required
• Establish and maintain consistent routines, boundaries and positive behaviour
• Promote outdoor play, physical activity and time in the fresh air
• Help the children settle into their new home, school and community following the family’s relocation
• Communicate openly with the parents, providing regular updates on the children’s progress
• Maintain the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality at all times

Ideal Candidate
• EU passport holder or existing right to work in Switzerland essential
• Proven experience caring for multiple young children simultaneously within a private household
• Confident supporting homework and early-years and primary-age learning
• Fluent in English and French (strong intermediate level minimum)
• Childcare or education qualification preferred, though not essential
• Energetic, dynamic and engaging, with a genuine love of active play
• Warm and nurturing, with a calm yet firm approach
• Experience working with boys of a similar age is highly desirable
• Flexible regarding hours and weekend availability
• Full driving licence advantageous but not essential

Package
• Working schedule: 2–3 days per week plus weekend availability (open to discussion)
• Working hours to be agreed with the family

• Salary: €4,000 – €5,000 net per month
