Rate: €25+ gross per hour (Candidate dependent)
Days: 3 or 4 days week (12 hour days)

Key Requirements:
• Excellent experience caring for newborns and young babies.
• A genuine passion for infant care and early years development.
• Confident supporting developmental milestones and adapting routines as the baby grows.
• Knowledge of infant sleep, feeding, weaning and age-appropriate stimulation.
• Warm, nurturing and attentive, with a calm and responsive approach.
• Proactive in planning outdoor activities and engaging experiences suited to the baby's age.
• Reliable, organised and confident working independently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build a strong partnership with the parents.
• Happy to undertake all nursery duties and prepare simple family meals occasionally.
• Excellent English essential; Dutch would be an advantage.
• Driving preferred but not essential.
• EU passport or valid work permit for the Netherlands.
A family in Amsterdam are seeking an experienced and nurturing Baby Nanny to care for their two-month-old daughter on a long-term basis. This is an appealing position for someone who genuinely loves the baby stage and takes pride in providing attentive, developmentally informed care as a little one grows and reaches her early milestones. The family would love to find a Nanny who is naturally engaging and proactive, bringing a thoughtful balance of nurturing care, age-appropriate stimulation and time outdoors. Fresh air, gentle activities and opportunities to explore the world will form an important part of the day, alongside establishing a consistent routine that supports the baby's individual needs. Excellent newborn and infant experience is essential. The successful candidate will be confident managing all aspects of the baby's daily care, adapting to her changing sleep and feeding patterns, and supporting her development as she grows. In time, this will include introducing solids and encouraging new skills through age-appropriate play and exploration.
