Maternity Nurses / Postnatal Care Specialists (2 Positions) – Knightsbridge

We are seeking two experienced and highly qualified Maternity Nurses / Postnatal Care Specialists to support a private family based in Knightsbridge, London.

The positions are expected to commence on 23rd November 2026, although the start date may be subject to change depending on the mother's delivery. Both positions will be for an initial period of three months.

You will be responsible for providing specialist overnight care for a newborn, supporting the baby's feeding and sleeping routines, monitoring their wellbeing and ensuring they receive the highest standard of care throughout the night. You will also provide postnatal support to the mother as required, offering guidance and reassurance during the early stages following birth.

The family are seeking two experienced professionals who are confident working independently overnight and have a strong background in newborn and postnatal care. Previous experience working within VIP or fully staffed households, particularly with Middle Eastern families, would be a significant advantage.

Role Details

Location: Knightsbridge, London

Start Date: 23rd November 2026 (subject to change)

Duration: 3 months

Schedule: Overnight shifts, 8pm–8am (flexibility required)

Working Days: 7 nights per week, shared between two Maternity Nurses on a rota basis

Accommodation: Live-out preferred

Salary: Market rate, dependent on experience and qualifications

Candidate Requirements

Extensive experience as a Maternity Nurse or Postnatal Care Specialist

Relevant professional qualifications in maternity, neonatal or postnatal care

Strong knowledge of newborn development, feeding, sleep and postnatal recovery

Proven experience working regular overnight shifts

Fluent English with excellent communication skills

Calm, discreet and professional approach

Previous experience working with VIP or high-profile families advantageous

Excellent, checkable references
