Role: Full-Time Nanny
Location: Dubai, UAE
Care for: G3
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 7am–7pm (with a two-hour break each day)
Salary: £70,000–£100,000 net per annum (depending on experience)
Accommodation: Initially Live-In, transitioning to Live-Out (paid accom offered)
Start Date: As soon as possible (flexible for the right candidate)

A warm and conscientious family based in Dubai are seeking an experienced, nurturing and engaging French-speaking Nanny to care for their three-year-old daughter.

The family are looking for someone who can become a long-term part of their household, supporting their daughter's development and introducing her to new experiences as she grows.

Their daughter is a happy, sociable and easygoing little girl who loves nature, animals, swimming, painting, singing and music. She enjoys a wide variety of activities, including ballet and opera, and the family are particularly keen to find someone who will continue nurturing her curiosity through creative play, educational activities and enriching experiences. She currently attends nursery and will be transitioning to school in due course.

The family have enjoyed a wonderful relationship with their current Nanny, who has been with them for the past two and a half years. They also employ a local Nanny who has supported the family since their daughter's birth and remains available to assist. A handover period with their current Nanny will be arranged to ensure a smooth transition.

You will take responsibility for their daughter's daily routines, learning and development, arranging activities and outings, encouraging healthy habits and maintaining clear, consistent boundaries. The family employ a driver, and occasional cooking for their daughter would be appreciated. Some light personal assistant and organisational duties may also form part of the role.

The position is initially live-in, with the Nanny providing overnight reassurance while their daughter gradually becomes comfortable sleeping independently. The family are happy to arrange separate live-out accommodation as her overnight needs reduce.

The schedule is Monday to Saturday, 7am–7pm, with a two-hour break provided each day. The family travel approximately four to five times per year, typically within Europe and the UK, as well as destinations such as the Maldives and the Alps, so someone who enjoys travelling and is comfortable accompanying them abroad is essential.

The family are flexible regarding the start date and would be happy to allow up to four weeks for the right candidate. They are looking for someone warm, active, dependable and genuinely passionate about early childhood development, who will build a close and lasting relationship with their daughter.
