An international Belgian family of five with three young boys (ages 2, 4, and 6) is seeking a mature, proactive, and long-term Live-Out Nanny / House Manager to join their household in Edegem, following their relocation back to Belgium after many years in Asia.

Looking for someone who values discretion, reliability, and structure, and who enjoys combining childcare responsibilities with household management. Since all three children attend an international school full-time, this role offers a unique balance between supporting the children and managing the home's day-to-day organization.

Start Date: January 2027
Location: Edegem (Antwerp) Belgium
Schedule: Full-time (approx. 40 hours per week)
Working Hours: Split shift preferred (07:30–09:00 & 12:30/13:00–19:30), with flexibility
Salary: From 23–€25 gross/hour, depending on experience, (with growth potential over time)
Languages: English, French, or Dutch Homework support in English or French is an advantage.

Role Overview:
Childcare & Family Support:

-Supporting the morning routine, including breakfast preparation and school drop-offs
-School pick-ups and transportation to sports, activities, and appointments
-Assisting with homework, primarily in English or French
-Encouraging positive behavior, independence, and social development
-Preparing healthy and balanced dinners for the children
-Managing children's routines and related responsibilities

House Management:
During school hours, the focus shifts to managing and organizing the household

- Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management
-Making beds and maintaining household organization
-Grocery shopping and managing household supplies
-Coordinating day-to-day household tasks and ensuring the home runs smoothly
- General household upkeep and organization

Please note: deep cleaning is handled by a separate housekeeper.

Ideal candidate profile:

- Has substantial professional experience in childcare, household management, or a similar role
- Is mature, responsible, and highly organized
-Has a proactive mindset and can work independently
- Enjoys both childcare and household management responsibilities
-Holds a valid driving license
- Is energetic, positive, and reliable
- Is seeking a long-term position with a family

A family car can be provided for work-related transportation for the right candidate.

-Long-term commitment strongly preferred
- Occasional travel with the family may be required, including family holidays (such as ski trips) and possible international travel.
