Junior Rota Nanny Required
Location: Notting Hill, London
Rota: 2 weeks on/2 weeks off
Position: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £50,000 gross per year
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Rota Nanny to join a warm and welcoming family based in Notting Hill, London. The primary responsibility will be the care and well-being of the family’s 4-year-old daughter and their baby, who will be 13 months old in March 2025. This role is ideal for individuals who are nurturing, creative, and eager to contribute to the children’s growth and development. The position follows a 2-week on/2-week off rota, providing both flexibility and variety in your schedule.
This role would suit a candidate who has Early Childhood qualifications and has completed 2 years in a nanny role and wants to progress to a rota position.

Responsibilities:
Provide loving and attentive care to the 4-year-old girl and 13-month-old baby.
Plan and organise engaging activities to foster the children’s development.
Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for both children at all times.
Travel with the family, adapting to different cultures and environments.
Work collaboratively with the child’s mother to maintain routines and consistency in care.
Communicate effectively with the family regarding the children’s well-being and progress.

Requirements:
English First Language preferred.
Previous experience as a nanny is essential.
Calm, adaptable, and open-minded approach to childcare.
Passion for travel and exploring new cultures.
Creative and engaging personality with a talent for planning fun, educational activities.
Educational background preferred.
Ability to adapt to different environments and schedules.
Excellent communication skills and a supportive, proactive attitude.
