• Formally trained in childcare (essential)
• Proactive, confident, and able to take initiative
• Calm, warm, and genuinely invested in child development
• Highly organised with excellent time management
• Punctual, reliable, and flexible with hours when needed
• Happy to support developmental goals, including speech & language
• Comfortable around horses (Mum works with them)
• Driver preferred but not essential
A warm, busy family of three are seeking a positive, professional, and proactive Nanny to join their household. They are looking for a true superstar—someone calm, organised, and passionate about child development, with strong formal childcare training. Their bright and inquisitive 3.5-year-old son loves the outdoors, crafting, science experiments (volcanoes are a favourite!), magnetic tiles and story time. He is sociable and enjoys playdates, which they would love to encourage more of. He currently attends nursery 5 mornings a week (9am–12:15pm) just a 10-minute walk away. Both parents have demanding schedules, so they are looking for someone who can confidently take the lead—planning engaging activities, supporting healthy habits, preparing meals, and ensuring their son’s day runs smoothly. Hours will vary depending on whether you’re doing the nursery drop-off, with start times of 7:45am or 10:30am, finishing no later than 5:30pm.
