A brilliant family in Tooting has had the same nanny/housekeeper for many years but she is now leaving after having a baby so they're looking for a replacement but rather than one person to do it all they're going to find a cleaner for the mornings and a nanny for the afternoons and holidays. The family has 3 children (B11, G11, B15) with the eldest being much more independent. Most focus will go on the two 11-year-olds.

It will be a very typical nanny role with focus on the children with some child-related housekeeping duties:

Nanny duties:

- Pick up children from schools;
- Ensure children complete homework and assist them with homework/school projects where necessary;
- Keep Employer informed of school notifications/ timetables/ progress where possible and update shared calendar;
- Organise and supervise playdates;
- Assist with arrangement for holiday clubs and activities;
- Take and pick up children to and from after school activities;
- Wash children's clothes, towels and linens and lay out school uniform for next day;
- Feed children snacks, pack them school lunches (if required) and make them meals;
- Supervise bath time;
- Proactively manage day to day wellbeing of children including updating Employer of any items to be ordered, replaced or replenished(food, clothes, stationery, books etc)


Housekeeping duties:

- Ironing of kids’ clothes;
- Wash dishes/ fill/ empty dishwasher daily;
- Make kids' beds daily;
- Change and wash kids’ bed linen weekly;
- Tidying, dusting and vacuuming of kids’ bedrooms weekly;
- Tidying living areas after use;
- Put away groceries when they are delivered, and assist parents with meal planning and creating associated grocery list;
- PA duties (e.g. picking things up from Post Office and returning online orders); and
- Feeding pet cat.

The family has a cleaner that comes every morning that does all the deep cleaning such as the oven, toilets, floors etc.
