Full-Time, Live-Out Housekeeper (with Occasional Childcare for 1 year old baby girl) – Bayswater, London W2

We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and energetic full-time housekeeper to join our household in Bayswater. This is a long-term role for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming home, while also enjoying the company of children (1 year-old baby girl) and offering occasional support with childcare.

What we’re looking for in the right candidate:
• Experienced and meticulous housekeeper with excellent attention to detail
• Highly organized, clean, and professional in maintaining household standards
• Confident in caring for fine clothing (washing, ironing, wardrobe management)
• Enjoys cooking and able to assist with meal preparation for the family
• Energetic and fit, comfortable working in a tall house with multiple stairs
• Child-friendly, with a genuine love for children (to provide support alongside the nanny). We have one daughter aged 1 year when the role starts
• Flexible and dependable, with the ability to babysit 2 evenings per week
• Positive, happy, and committed to a long-term role
• Must live not too far from Bayswater as we have regular evening babysitting needs
• Willing and able to travel with the family on vacations (mainly Switzerland, France, or Canada; all expenses covered)

• Employment type: Live-out (with possibility of live-in in the future)
• Hours: 40–50 hours per week
• Schedule:
• Days off: Sunday & Monday
Tuesday: 9:00 am start
Wednesday: 2:00 pm start
Thursday: 9:00 am start
Friday: 2:00 pm start
Saturday: 9:00 am start (working Saturdays is essential)
Babysitting: 2 evenings per week (8–10 hours total), usually Thursday & Saturday, though days may vary
