Key Requirements:
• Academic support - Assist the children with homework and academic needs, ensuring they stay on top of their schoolwork. While a teaching degree is highly desirable, experience in similar roles with a focus on teenage education and academic support is also welcome.
• Proven experience in working with teenage girls and boys, particularly with providing both academic and emotional mentoring.
• Act as a trusted role model, confidante, and advisor to the children, particularly the 16-year-old girl. Offer emotional guidance, help navigate adolescent challenges, and encourage positive decision-making.
• During the mornings when the children are at school, manage schedules, coordinate appointments, and assist with general household administration for the children.
• Driver essential - Personal car provided for on- and off-duty use

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Governess/Companion/Nanny to provide support and mentorship to a 16-year-old Emirati girl, and her three younger brothers (aged 11, 13, and 15). This is a dynamic role where you will be involved in educational, personal, and emotional support for the children, offering guidance as they navigate their teenage years. While a male chaperone may accompany the boys on certain outings, you will oversee their academic support, engage with them during downtime, and ensure their activities are coordinated and organized.
