For a Thoughtful 11-Year-Old Girl

A warm, organised, and emotionally intelligent Children’s Personal Assistant is required for a family in Riyadh to care for and support the needs of an 11-year-old girl. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Arabic and English, confident with pre-teens, and capable of balancing practical responsibilities with kind, engaging companionship.


Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the child’s daily and weekly schedule, including school, activities, and appointments.

Ensure her wardrobe, school supplies, and personal items are tidy, organized, and well-maintained.

Oversee daily meals and snacks, ensuring balance and nutritional value.

Liaise with teachers, tutors, and school administrators.

Keep parents regularly informed of academic, social, and emotional updates.

Accompany the child to playdates, outings, appointments, and extracurriculars.

Travel with the family and manage all the child’s needs during trips (packing, routines, supervision).

Schedule and organise after-school activities, social outings, and appointments.

Provide emotional support, encourage confidence, and be a positive, fun presence in her life.


Ideal Candidate:

Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) if possible

Experienced and confident in working with children aged 11–14

Naturally kind, patient, and respectful, especially with sensitive children.

Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.

A good communicator who works well in a team and respects household roles and boundaries.

Able to collaborate with the household staff and nanny team.

Flexible, culturally aware, and adaptable to changing routines or travel needs.

Discreet, trustworthy, and professional in conduct.

Holds a valid passport and is willing to travel internationally with the family.
